Terms and Condition

TAG POD – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By creating an account, booking a session, accessing any Tag Pod facility, or purchasing any package or membership through the Tag Pod App, you expressly agree to these Terms & Conditions, which are legally binding without the need for a physical signature.

1. Definitions

Club / Tag Pod: Tag Pod Fitness Club and its operators.
Application / App: The official Tag Pod mobile application.
Client / User: Any person who creates an account, books a session, or purchases a package.
Booking / Session: A specific time slot reserved through the App.
QR Code: A unique, personal, non-transferable code used for access.

2. Eligibility & Account

Users must be 15 years or older.
Each account and QR Code is personal and non-transferable.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Booking & Access

Access is allowed only with a confirmed booking in the App.
Entry is granted only via your personal QR Code.
Sharing or misuse of QR Codes is strictly prohibited.
Tag Pod may cancel bookings or suspend accounts if misuse is detected.

4. Session Duration

Facilities may be used only during the booked time.
Late arrival does not extend your session.
Exceeding the booked time may result in penalties or suspension.

5. Payments, Packages & Subscriptions

All payments must be made in advance through the App.
All fees are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Packages and memberships are valid only for the account holder.
Prices, plans, and promotions may change at any time.

6. Modifications & No-Show Policy

Booking changes must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
Changes can only be made through the App.
Failure to attend a session results in forfeiture without refund.

7. Health, Safety & Liability

You confirm you are medically fit to exercise.
You use the facilities at your own risk.
You assume full responsibility for any injuries.
Tag Pod is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

8. Conduct & Club Rules

Clients must follow all Club rules and staff instructions.
Unsafe, inappropriate, or unlawful behavior may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

9. Equipment & Facility Use

Equipment must be used properly and according to instructions.
Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately.
Misuse may result in account suspension.

10. Data, Privacy & Content

By using the App, you agree to Tag Pod’s Privacy Policy.
Any content you upload is considered non-confidential and may be used by Tag Pod for operational purposes.

11. Intellectual Property & App Use

The App and all content are owned by Tag Pod.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or use the App to create competing services.

12. Termination

Tag Pod may suspend or terminate your access without notice or refund if you violate these Terms or misuse the App or facilities.

13. Amendments

Tag Pod may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App or facilities means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Personal Training Restriction – Yearly Subscriptions Only

Tag Pod permits personal training services only under approved plans and authorized arrangements.

However, Yearly Subscription packages are strictly for individual personal use only and do not include the right to:

Provide personal training services to others.
Train clients for compensation.
Use the facility for any commercial training activity.

Members holding a yearly subscription may receive or provide personal training only if enrolled in an officially approved Tag Pod personal training plan, where applicable.

If Tag Pod determines, at its sole discretion, that a yearly subscription is being used for unauthorized personal training or commercial purposes:

The subscription may be immediately suspended or terminated without refund.
The account may be temporarily or permanently blocked.
Access to the facility may be revoked.

Tag Pod reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action to protect its business operations and members.
